Job description

Bank teller responsibilities include: Assisting customers with various transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing. Providing excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues. Processing loan payments and issuing cashier's checks and money orders. Maintaining an accurate cash drawer and balancing it at the end of each shift. Promoting and cross-selling bank products and services to customers. Adhering to security and compliance procedures to ensure the safety of the bank and its customers. Collaborating with other bank staff ensures efficient operations and a positive customer experience.
