Foundations for Living is seeking energetic individuals to complement our clinical team. Foundations For Living is recruiting for a Full-Time Clinical Therapist which includes a sign on bonus. We offer paid trainings for CEU's and supervision for licensure advancements.
Job Requirements - The Clinical Therapist must be licensed in the state of Ohio as a LSW, LISW, LPC, or LPCC & Must possess a Bachelors Degree from an accredited university in one of the behavioral sciences

Our privately funded, 84-bed center (14 males, 70 females) is accredited by CARF and licensed by the Ohio Department of Mental Health & Addiction Services (ODMHAS). The Clinical Therapist primary responsibilities MAY Include:
Providing professional therapeutic counseling by facilitating individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
Initiating the development, management, and implementation of discharge planning for each resident.
Maintaining the residential philosophy of care and assuring compliance with policies and procedures established to support the philosophy of care.
Maintaining effective intra and interdepartmental communications.
Maintaining accurate, complete, and timely documentation on all contacts, sessions, or meetings that are conducted on the resident's behalf.
