River Rocks Recovery is seeking a Clinical Director for their outpatient substance use and mental health treatment program in Middletown, Ohio. The program provides PHP, IOP, and OP services to adults (18+).

River Rocks Recovery is a recently licensed and dynamic startup in Middletown dedicated to transforming lives through its outpatient substance use and mental health treatment program. We're on the hunt for a visionary Clinical Director ready to lead, innovate, and expand our services for adults. This is your chance to architect and steer the clinical direction of our program, including PHP, IOP, and OP services. Clinical Director Salary Range: $80,000-$110,000

Clinical Director Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all clinical operations, ensuring high-quality patient care and adherence to treatment philosophy.
  • Develop, implement, and regularly review individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs and goals.
  • Supervise, mentor, and provide ongoing training to clinical staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
  • Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions as needed.
  • Stay current with best practices, research, and advancements in mental health and addiction treatment, integrating new knowledge into the center's programs.
  • Coordinate with other healthcare providers, community resources, and agencies to ensure comprehensive and continuous care for clients.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, licensing requirements, and ethical standards.

CLINICAL DIRECTOR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master's Degree in a Behavioral Health Related field.
  • License in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or substance use (i.e. LCSW-S or LPC-S, LISW-S, LPPC-S, LCSW-S, LMFT, Clinical Psychologist (PsyD., PhD.)
  • Clinical supervision certification/ licensure required
  • 2 years, at minimum, of supervisory experience required.
  • ASAM and DSM experience and knowledge
  • 5 years of Mental Health and/or Substance Use Treatment experience required, preferably in an outpatient setting.
  • Experience with startup organizations is preferred.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

  • Ability to walk up and down stairs during emergency drills or situations.
