Shift: Night Shift with both 8 and 12-hour options available.

Salary Range: $26 to $31 per hour

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for delivering compassionate resident care in alignment with the Nurse Practice Act, overseeing the continuum of care from admission through discharge. Collaborating closely with physicians, families, and the larger multi-disciplinary health care team, the LPN will employ nursing principles to provide effective care to residents and their families, aiming to restore and maintain each individual s maximum mental and physical potential.

To qualify for this position, you will need:

  • A current Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of Ohio.
  • Certification in CPR; long-term care experience is preferred.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
