Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Manager/Accounting Specialist to oversee our office operations and manage financial processes. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, accounting knowledge, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.



Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
  • Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes
  • Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and forecasts
  • HR duties as assigned
  • Coordinate with external accountants for tax preparation and audits
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards
  • Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration
  • Implement and maintain efficient office systems and procedures
  • Provide administrative support to executive team as needed


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field preferred (experience considered in lieu of)
  • 3+ years of experience in office management and accounting roles
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
  • Knowledge of general accounting principles and financial regulations


Preferred Skills

  • Certification in accounting (e.g., CPA, ACCA)
  • Experience with project management and team leadership
  • Familiarity with HR processes and payroll systems
