Job description

Responsibilities:
Actively participate in the country area management team to integrate finance considerations into local decision-making.
Serve as a key finance partner to business leaders, offering support through detailed analysis and reporting.
Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of management accounting and operational reporting within the groups framework.
Prepare and analyze profitability reports for customers, projects, products, and agreements.
Provide management with information and recommendations on financial transactions, operational costs, inventories, sales, orders, taxes, depreciation, property, and other asset values.
Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and forecasts, and develop statements of recommendations for future financial plans, internal controls, policies, and objectives.
Evaluate and implement approved programs aimed at cost reduction, improved controls, work simplification, and optimal equipment utilization.
Identify process improvement opportunities by recognizing implications and relationships among problems and issues.
Ensure compliance with the Groups financial, legal, and IT policies, instructions, and guidelines across all levels of the company.
Conduct local audits of service locations, and report findings and recommendations to management.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
CPA designation is an asset.
Minimum of eight (8) years of progressive experience in preparatory accounting, financial analysis, or Controller roles, preferably within a service environment.
Experience with SAP, Siebel, or other large ERP systems is strongly preferred.
Expected travel is 10-15%.
