Our healthcare client is looking for a collaborative Director of Revenue Cycle to join the senior leadership team. This role works closely with senior leadership and will be responsible for 50+ direct reports. Overview of the Director of Revenue Cycle role:

• Continuously evaluate and enhance revenue cycle functions.
• Mentor and develop team members, focusing on succession planning.
• Stay updated on industry changes through networking and participation.
• Keep staff informed about relevant changes and updates.
• Oversee department operations, budgeting, employee satisfaction, and strategic planning for multiple areas including Billing, Collections, and Health Information Management.
• Manage regulatory audits, financial projections, and develop patient financial policies while ensuring compliance and addressing performance variances.

Preferred Qualifications for the Director of Revenue Cycle:

• Bachelor's Degree a plus
• 10+ years of experience in a revenue cycle role or similar role
• 5+ years of supervisory experience
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Open to candidates without healthcare experience
• RHIA certification a plus

Salary and Benefits

• Base Pay of $155,000 to $175,000
• In office role in Wooster Ohio
• Fantastic benefit package
