Job description
Schneider Electric is looking for a Commissioning Technician that is willing to support Commission Engineers to perform Factory Acceptance Test, installations and start-up works of Prefab modular data centers at either of it's Prefab Factory.
What will you do?
- Support of Factory Acceptance Test and Site Acceptance Test documents.
- Support Project Start-up in our factory.
- Responsible to verify performance of project before shipment.
- Reporting Lessons Learned
- Support to Production Department during electrical, cooling and monitoring installations.
- Support Service Department.
- Availability to work overtime and during weekends in special cases.
- Sporadic travel to other Schneider and Customer Sites
What skills will make you successful for this role?
- IT Systems and PC Software Literacy
- Equipment Operation and Maintenance.
- Knowledge on electrical and cooling systems (DX and Water-cooling solutions).
- Good performance working under pressure.
- Hard work capacity.
- Troubleshooting skills.
- Effective Report Writing.
- Open to travel for periods from 1 to 4 weeks
- English / Spanish valuable
- Microsoft Office
Qualifications:
- Experience: 0-3 years in an electrical manufacturing environment
- Power and Control Systems knowledge valuable
- PLC's knowledge valuable.
- NEC knowledge valuable.
- Experience travelling and working abroad valuable.
