OVERVIEW OF THE CORPORATE RECRUITER ROLE:

• The Corporate Recruiter will plays a critical role in the growth and transformation of the Services organization.
• Help build the Talent Acquisition expertise through relationships, processes, and technology.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting responsibilities for assigned requisitions.
• The Corporate Recruiter will collaborate with HR and Services leadership on recruiting needs and overall Company goals.
• Demonstrate success in hiring talent with critical needs.
• The Corporate Recruiter will contribute to teamwork and sharing knowledge inside the TA team and HR organization.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE CORPORATE RECRUITER ROLE:

• Bachelor's Degree from a four-year College or University
• 3 years minimum Full Cycle Recruitment
• Not afraid of phones
• Good communications both verbal and in writing
