Talk On, LLC is looking for a passionate and talented speech-language pathologist to join our growing company. Come join a company with enthusiastic therapists and caring administrative staff and an owner who is passionate about supporting other clinicians. Schools are extremely supportive with significant administrative support and caseload management both at the schools and from the company.

The ideal candidate enjoys supporting children with communication disorders, takes time to learn about student's individual differences and needs, builds relationships with students, staff, and families, uses evidence based strategies and focuses on quality, meaningful therapeutic outcomes.

_ Position hours are primarily in a school in Youngstown, Ohio with potential time in the outpatient clinic in Kent, Ohio. _

Candidates must:
have an Ohio license
be a very strong CF or hold CCC-SLP
hold an Ohio Pupil Services License

Responsibilities: (not an exhaustive list):

-provide high quality, individualized speech-language therapy

-complete documentation in a timely manner (clinic and school based documentation)

-communicate professionally and effectively with staff, students, families and other stakeholders

-meet physical demands of job which may include spending time sitting, standing, lifting, bending

-adhere to practice and school policies to maintain a safe work environment

-All other duties that pertain to furthering client care

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
