This position is FULLY ONSITE in Oklahoma City for local candidates.




Responsibilities of Data Management Engineer:



  • Build scalable data models and architecture to support business analytics and decision-making.

  • Develop and maintain ETL processes to ensure data quality, integrity, and availability.

  • Oversee the setup, configuration and optimization of relational and non-relational databases for high performance and reliability.

  • Ensure data privacy, security and compliance with regulations such as GDPR and CCPA

  • Work closely with data scientists, analysts and other teams to understand data requirements and deliver effective solutions.

  • Monitor and enhance database and pipeline performance through optimization techniques.

  • Create and update documentation for data systems, pipelines and models.



Qualifications of Data Management Engineer:



  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems or related; Master's degree preferred

  • 4+ years of experience in data engineering, data management, or related

  • Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases including MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle

  • Experience with big data technologies like Spark, Kafka, and NoSQL databases

  • Understanding of data warehousing concepts and experience with data warehouse solutions like Snowflake, Redshift, or Big Query

  • Familiar with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)

  • Knowledge of data governance, data security and compliance regulations

  • Experience with machine learning model deployments and MLOps




Salary of Data Management Engineer: $80,000 - 120,000 depending on experience
