Job description

Piper Companies is looking for a Field Technician to join rapidly growing private equity firm that acquires small to mid-sized MSP companies. This is a FULL TIME position and can be based in either Oklahoma City, OK or Denver, CO.

Essential Duties of the Field Technician:

Visit client sites to provide technical support to end-users and ensure prompt resolution of their concerns.

Install and maintain hardware and software systems within cloud-based environments.

Conduct system upgrades and collaborate with other IT professionals to implement and maintain cloud-based solutions.

Troubleshoot technical issues related to cloud platforms, data migration, cybersecurity, and networking.

Qualifications of the Field Technician:

3+ years of professional experience in a technical role such as Field Technician, System Administrator, Help Desk, or something related.

Experience in cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Previous experience working for an MSP company.

Experience providing end-user support.

Experience with LAN/WAN, Active Directory, InTune, O365, and network patching.

Compensation for the Field Technician:

$50,000 - $65,000 (based on experience)
