If so, our Technology Services Sector is seeking a Sr. Principal Logistics Management Analyst to join our growing team in Oklahoma City, OK You will become part of Northrop Grumman's Lifecycle Sustainment and Modernization Solutions (LSMS). LSMS provides sustainment support for the US Air Force B-1 and B-2 Bombers, E-3 Sentry, Airborne Warning and Control System, and numerous other Government platforms. Our team members complete engineering, reverse engineering, and logistics solution efforts to solve complex obsolescence problems and ensure warfighter supportability. Your Responsibilities Include: Track and assess activities and milestones related to organic government processes related to contract depot maintenance. Analyze contract depot maintenance related documents and packages to determine/ensure compliance to standards and accuracy of documents. Identify critical path(s), constraints and mitigation strategies related to contract depot maintenance timeless and end item supportability profiles. undefined Completes understanding and application of principles, concepts, practices, and standard airframes. Independently demonstrates the skill and ability to perform fairly complex professional tasks. Controls the efficient flow of information between points of origin through customer placement in order to meet customer requirements. Technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost, risk, supportability, and effectiveness analyses for total systems Translates Automated Budget Compilation System (ABCS)/Budgeting and D200 Requirements Management System data into what is budgeted and determines buy/bid requirements and understand D200 factors. Processes logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints. Translates functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies and customer requirements into hardware and software specifications. Works with multiple teams and cross-functional departments Compiles reports, plans and presentations for project leaders. Basic Qualifications: Must have one of the following: Bachelor's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) discipline with a minimum of 10 years' experience or a Master's degree in a STEM discipline with a minimum of 8 years of experience. An additional 4 years of direct relevant experience may be considered in lieu of the degree requirement. Working knowledge of the following, Depot Supply Chain, management processes, Automated Budget Compilation System (ABCS)/Budget Load Lists, D200A/ESCAPE Requirements Management System, PRPS, PMST, Management of end item buy and repair requirements. Shop-process, workflow, defense logistics support- Quality assurance requirements related to U.S. Air Force / military supply system processes and procedures. A working understanding of government aircraft maintenance and supply processes/systems Ability to obtain a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) secret security clearance. Basic knowledge of JEDMICS, LIMS-EV, D200, TOAP, WebFLIS, FEDMALL and Airwave Ability to obtain/maintain access to work on-site in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma Working knowledge of engineering drawings, BOMs and maintenance parts lists Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Preferred Qualifications: Active DoD Secret Security Clearance (or higher) Knowledge of B-2 maintenance/sustainment activity Significant experience in military, government, commercial aerospace industry (e.g. aviation/equipment maintenance, aircraft operations, or commercial industrial technology companies) Experience with reading and understanding technical data (e.g., Technical Orders, Engineering Drawings, Parts Lists, Bills of Material, Engineering Specifications, etc.) A working understanding of government aircraft maintenance and supply processes/systems Extensive experience, thorough understanding, and ability to mine, analyze, sort, and filter, data, and information from Government Supply Chain Legacy Systems (e.g., D035, Stock Control System; D043, Air Force Interchangeability and Substitution System; D200, Requirements Management System; Purchase request processing System (PRPS), Contract Repair Management System (CRMS), and Logistics Installations and Mission Support - Enterprise View (LIMS-EV suite). Extensive experience, thorough understanding, and working knowledge of Depot Supply Chain Management processes, Automated Budget Compilation System (ABCS), management of end item buy and repair requirements, knowledge/experience with shop-process, workflow, and quality assurance requirements related to US Air Force/military supply system processes and proceduresSalary Range: $81,800 - $122,600
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
