Accountable for leading, managing, and directing the overall operations of Jim Thorpe Rehabilitation Outpatient & Community operating functions across the outpatient sites and the continuum of care and facilitates the design, development, and ongoing management of the service line to ensure the provision of services are being provided in a cost and market competitive manner. The Director is responsible for daily operations, management of staff, fiscal management and quality improvement initiatives. The Director Clinical Service, PT/OT/ST will utilize their comprehensive clinical and leadership expertise to support and grow the Therapy service line. In addition to overseeing departmental operations and budgetary duties, this role oversees the creation and implementation of a long-term vision for the various departments that make up this service line.

Bachelor's degree in area of clinical expertise, business, health care administration or other related filed and licensed PT/OT/ST OR master's degree in business or healthcare administration.

5 years' experience in rehabilitation setting, including two (2) years in a leadership or supervisory capacity required.

Maintain current license in area of clinical expertise, if applicable.

Establishes the strategic vision across INTEGRIS Health for Jim Thorpe Outpatient Rehabilitation and successfully leads the execution of that vision.

Establishes and implements the strategic, working capital, and annual operating plan for INTEGRIS Health Jim Thorpe Outpatient Rehabilitation businesses.

Ensures all INTEGRIS Health Jim Thorpe Outpatient Rehabilitation are aligned with the overall Health System business objectives and proper fiscal management. Has either direct or dotted line reporting for all Jim Thorpe Outpatient Rehabilitation Managers.

Champions, manage, lead strategic business relationships that encourages risk sharing with key stakeholders with focus on agreed performance and financial metrics.

Develops multiple budgets and/or oversight of business and operational plans and efficiently manages Jim Thorpe Outpatient Rehabilitation operations throughout the system.

Develops strategic plan, program goals and objectives, in alignment with INTEGRIS Health Strategy, facility Leadership goals and The Joint Commission requirements.

Develops, implements, updates and continuously evaluates all departmental policies and procedures to ensure adherence to hospital, state, government, and accrediting agency standards.

Seeks out high impact services to positively affect patient satisfaction and HCAHPS scores. Collaborates with hospital administration, INTEGRIS Health Board and department leadership to identify opportunities to support the strategic plan of INTEGRIS Health

Supervises and directs performance of all Jim Thorpe Outpatient Rehabilitation services and provides timely feedback to the INTEGRIS Leadership Team.

Evaluates and maximizes financial performance with focus on opportunities for growth, new services, program development and financial strategic development.

Ensures compliance with all applicable legal and regulatory agency requirements.

Champions the ongoing design, redesign and improvement of operational processes to enhance success.

Designs and utilizes data collection processes to demonstrate cost, quality and customer satisfaction outcomes.

Ensures staff are managed and developed effectively, including hiring, evaluating performance and competency, and conducting disciplinary/counseling sessions as needed.
