Job description

Key Responsibilities:

Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based practices to address behavioral healthcare, physical healthcare, and social needs.
Work closely with multi-disciplinary teams to support health behavior change and treatment goals.
Conduct assessments and provide crisis intervention services, ensuring client safety and appropriate interventions.
Maintain accurate clinical records and comply with agency policies and accreditation requirements.
Stay current with licensure and certification requirements, participate in trainings, and contribute to case consultations.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related human services field.
Licensed LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LADC-MH, LBP, or under supervision for licensure in the State of Oklahoma.
Proficiency in MS Word and general computer skills; excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Reliable transportation for local travel, flexibility in work hours including potential holidays/weekends, and adherence to professional standards and ethical codes.
Valid Oklahoma driver's license, automobile liability insurance, and recent TB test.
