Job description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Planner to join our dynamic team in Tulsa, OK. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and managing fabrication, assembly, and installation manufacturing plans by working closely with suppliers, engineering, and internal manufacturing teams. You will also be responsible for developing critical manufacturing documentation, optimizing processes, and ensuring seamless product production from start to finish.

Position: Manufacturing Planner

Location: Tulsa, OK

Shift: Day Shift (8am - 5pm)

Contract: Full-Time / Approximately 12 month contract with potential renewal

Pay: $37-40/hr

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement fabrication, assembly, and installation plans by coordinating with suppliers, engineering, and manufacturing teams.

  • Develop tooling, interchangeability, replacement, and functional test plans as required.

  • Define sequences of events and create text and graphic work instructions, manufacturing datasets, tooling requirements, and manufacturing Bills of Material (BOM) using the established manufacturing process flow.

  • Collaborate with engineering teams to clarify and influence design concepts.

  • Coordinate and manage design changes and optimize manufacturing processes.

  • Address producibility, production, and post-production challenges.

  • Maintain configuration control over hardware within the manufacturing build plan.

  • Apply specialized process knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Composite non-metallic, Electrical/Electronics, Machining, Sheet Metal, Systems, and Structures.

Qualifications:

Required Experience:

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent professional experience

  • At least 3 years of manufacturing planning experience in aerospace preferred

    • Proficiency in SAP

    • Expertise in Catia V5

  • Strong knowledge in developing manufacturing plans and optimizing production processes.

  • Ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to drive efficiency and ensure design accuracy.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in composite non-metallic, electrical/electronics, machining, sheet metal, systems, and structures manufacturing processes.

  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.



Pay Details: $37.00 to $40.00 per hour
