Wealth Advisor Position and Company Highlights:

Location: This is an in-person position that is client-facing, located in Tulsa at 2222 S Utica Place.

Purpose of Wealth Advisor Position:

Wealth Advisors are primarily responsible for managing client relationships with a focus on client retention. There are no business development or acquisition targets for this role, it is primarily focused on retention and relationships with existing clients and new relationships brought in by the business development team. Wealth Advisors work closely with Capital Advisors Research and Allocation teams to customize client portfolios to align with investment objectives. Advisors work with our Financial Planning team to create and deliver all our financial plans, comprehensive and goal based.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities of a Wealth Advisor:

Capital Advisors requires every employee to adhere to our compliance manual, code of ethics, personal trading, and cybersecurity policies. Specific internal/external polices that require 100% compliance specific to a Wealth Advisor role are: Junxure Policy, Fee Schedule, and our custodian partner's rules of engagement associated with their referral programs.

Wealth Advisor Principal Accountabilities:

Client Advisement

  • Advisors are expected to handle portfolio reviews with clients, discuss their portfolio, the strategies being used and how they are interacting with the market
  • Maintain client relationships and adjust their portfolios as they transition through their different life phases
  • Work with the Allocation team on financial analysis, risk modeling, & portfolio risk monitoring
  • Work with Financial Planning team to develop and deliver comprehensive plans as well as goal- based plans to existing/prospective clients

Education/Professional Designation/License:

  • Bachelor's Degree - Minimum
  • FINRA license (Series 65/66) or CFP - Minimum
  • 5+ Years Experience - Preferred
  • CFP - Preferred
