Job Description: We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team. As a vital member of our healthcare team, the Massage Therapist will play a key role in enhancing the overall wellness of our patients through the delivery of therapeutic massage techniques. The successful candidate will have a strong foundation in massage therapy, a passion for helping others, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary setting.

Responsibilities:
Perform various massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point, myofascial release, and other therapeutic modalities based on patient needs.
Conduct patient assessments to determine the appropriate massage treatment plan, considering medical history, specific conditions, and chiropractic treatment requirements.
Work closely with chiropractors and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and treatment notes.
Educate patients on the benefits of massage therapy and recommend appropriate self-care techniques.
Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and hygiene in accordance with state regulations and office policies.

Qualifications:
Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist.
Previous experience in a chiropractic or healthcare setting is a plus, but not required.
Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and various massage techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt and customize treatments based on individual patient needs.
Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
Reliable, punctual, and dedicated to providing exceptional patient care.
Be willing to become certified as a Chiropractic Assistant in the State of Oregon. (Paid for by the office)

Employment Details: This position offers flexibility in terms of scheduling, allowing for a range of hours (between 6-20 hours per week) for part-time employment based on the employee's preferences and needs. Compensation will be competitive and commensurate with experience and qualifications.
