Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join a leading insurance company? Our client in the insurance industry is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join their team. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will be part of the Talent Acquisition team supporting various departments. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, ability to multitask, and strong communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Recruiting Coordinator

Location: Albany, OR (Hybrid Remote)

Pay Range: $19 per hour

What's the Job?

  • Provide administrative support for the recruitment process
  • Schedule interviews across departments for TA, candidates, and HM
  • Respond to candidate inquiries
  • Manage all back-end task (background checks, drug screen, start confirmations, ready for hire, and welcome letters)
  • Up-date appropriate tracking systems (WD, class hiring reports, interview schedules)

What's Needed?

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum experience of 1 year in scheduling and/or Admin
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient with the use of personal computer, data entry, MS Office, Zoom and Teams
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Ability to interact effectively and positively with all levels of company personnel
