Overview of the role: Full Charge Bookkeeper

  • Process AP/AR, including invoicing, receiving payments and posting to accounts, and collections
  • Handle all journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals
  • Reconciling bank statements, credit card statements, and other accounts payable and receivables between multiple entities
  • Generating and analyzing financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and other reports as necessary
  • Maintain organized financial records
  • Manage all month-end close of the books

Preferred Qualifications: Full Charge Bookkeeper

  • Familiarity with NetSuite is a huge plus!
  • Solid understanding of GAAP accounting principles
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
