Skills Required for the LCSW/LMFT Opportunity:

  • Current licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Oregon or eligible to obtain
  • Experience providing psychotherapy and counseling services to individuals, families, and groups
  • Proficiency in conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments and developing treatment plans
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
  • Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic interventions and treatment modalities
  • Commitment to providing culturally sensitive and client-centered care
  • Dedication to ongoing professional development and staying updated on best practices in the field
