Riverside Home Health & Hospice is seeking experienced full-time or part-time Physical Therapists (PT) for Josephine County, Oregon!

Job summary:
Provide care to patients in the privacy of their home setting
Working through admissions and routine visits to develop and carry out care plans
Participating in interdisciplinary meetings to collaborate on approaches to patient care

Qualifications:
Licensed to practice as a physical therapist (PT) within Oregon state (or before your first day of work).
One to two years of appropriate experience as a physical therapist. Community/home health experience is preferred.
Possesses and maintains current CPR certification.
