Pay Range:

Compensation is based on the level and requirements of the role. Salary within our ranges may also be determined by your education and experience as required by the role, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. Typically, new team members join at the minimum to mid salary range.

Salary: $69,519 - $86,898 DOE

Summary: Are you a tech-savvy professional with a solid understanding of Azure, Microsoft environments, and server administration? We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running and ensure stability, security, and optimal functionality of our systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Azure & Intune Expertise: Manage Azure policies for users and devices to maintain a secure and efficient environment.
• Microsoft Environment Setup: Set up groups, users, and administrative settings within Microsoft systems.
• Server Administration: Oversee server management, including domain control, SQL, and print servers.
• Level III Support: Efficiently handle complex Level III tickets, solving advanced technical issues.
• Network Management: Possess a broad understanding of network systems, camera access, and VOIP.
• System Security: Assist in maintaining system security, with a focus on tools like Barracuda.
• Collaborative Teamwork: Support team members by answering questions and providing assistance as needed to ensure department success.

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelors Degree and 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Preferred:

• 1 year of experience with Linux/Unix systems.
• Experience with WordPress.
