Responsibilities
Job Overview
The Senior HRIS Analyst is to p rovide support, perform analysis, design, configuration, testing, documentation, and roll-out of technologies to meet SCA Health's enterprise needs. Lead designated projects within the UKG Pro W ork F orce M anagement (WFM) environment.
Responsibilities:
- Serving as the key technical and functional subject-matter expert (SME) for UKG Pro WFM .
- Provide support to end users of UKG Pro WFM system by diagn osing, resolving, and documenting application errors.
- Assist with assessing upcoming UKG Pro WFM releases for enhancements and new functionality. Assist with testing, deployment, and stabilization of these releases.
- Contributing as a key member of the HRIS support team at SCA Health by participating in cross-training on other day-to-day administrative tasks in other HRIS components (e.g., UKG Pro, iCIMS) , attending training classes, and reviewing application related documentation.
- Assisting in the development of clear and concise HRIS communications to both executive leadership and end user community.
- Prioritize and complete assigned tasks while reporting progress or escalating problems.
- Follow change management processes for all changes to production systems.
- Supporting the integration of new investments (de novo/acquisition) onto the HRIS platform
- Assist with leading optimization and continuous improvement activities and priorities as it relates to all HRIS.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- HRIS certifications preferred
- Familiarity with ServiceNow preferred
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) Administration with a strong preference for UKG Pro Workforce Management , UKG Pro, and iCIMS (or similar applications)
- Ability to travel 1-2 times a year
