Your New Role:

Position: Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)

Job Duration: Full Time/Permanent

Setting: Outpatient clinic

Schedule: Monday through Friday, no call

Experience:

At least 3 years of primary care family medicine required

If a newer FNP graduate, must have ED or ICU nursing experience

Patient Population: All ages, underserved patient population

In this Role:

As a Family Nurse Practitioner in Jackson County, OR, you will provide comprehensive medical care to a diverse and underserved patient population. You will be responsible for managing chronic diseases and delivering primary care services to patients of all ages in an outpatient setting. Your schedule will be Monday through Friday with no call duties, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule. This role requires at least 3 years of primary care family medicine experience, or if you are a newer FNP graduate, ED or ICU nursing experience is essential.
