Hospital Women s & Children s Clinic is seeking an innovative, dynamic and flexible nurse practitioner who enjoys working with a supportive and caring group of healthcare professionals and desires a work life balance with schedule flexibility! Come join our team of 3 fulltime physicians and 1 fulltime nurse practitioner and serve a local population of approximately 35,000 residents in beautiful rural Eastern Oregon.

Compensation and Benefits:

ü Very competitive total compensation opportunity (137k+)

o RVU production bonus opportunity based on annual threshold

Professional Details:

ü Outpatient Rural Health Clinic

ü Four 10-hour days per week

ü Average 13-17 patients per day

o Scribe provided for providers that average 15+ patients per day

ü Behavioral health and lab on site

ü 30+ exam rooms

ü 1:16 call; phone call only

ü Fulltime, permanent

ü Epic EMR
