Overview of the role: AP Specialist

• Receives, reviews, enters, and posts vendor invoices.
• Routinely follow up by phone, fax, and email with vendors, and internal parties to gather missing documentation.
• Routinely reconciles credit card and large-volume vendor charges.

Preferred Qualifications: AP Specialist

• Relevant accounting experience
• Customer service oriented
• Good planning and organizational skills to balance and prioritize work
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel
• Excellent interpersonal skills for interacting with vendors and internal contacts
