One of our top clients is seeking a dynamic and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to lead our Home Health agency as a Home Health Administrator. We are committed to providing exceptional care to our patients in the comfort of their homes, and this role is instrumental in ensuring the success of our mission.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the home health agency, including clinical, administrative, and financial functions.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations governing home health care.
  • Manage and develop a high-performing team of clinical and administrative staff.
  • Collaborate with physicians, hospitals, and other healthcare providers to coordinate patient care.
  • Analyze financial performance and develop strategies to improve profitability.
  • Maintain and enhance the agency's reputation through excellent patient care and community engagement.

Qualifications:
  • Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in home health care, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage complex operations and budgets.
  • Knowledge of home health regulations and reimbursement.
  • Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
