As our Estimator, you will drive revenue and profitability. Your territory's success is in your hands hit and exceed sales targets and you will be rewarded for doing so.

As a pivotal player in our team, you will not only assess costs and manage projects but also be the face of That 1 Painter's commitment to quality and satisfaction. Your competitive, self-starter mentality will drive you to become the best-performing estimator in the country. You are not just providing a service; you are embarking on a journey with our clients, guiding them from the first handshake to the final stroke of paint.

Key Role Highlights:

  • Build strategic relationships and networks, including with realtors and property managers, to develop referral partnerships and generate new leads.
  • Conduct accurate and timely sales estimates both in-person and virtually, with follow-up actions to secure approval, including upselling additional services.
  • Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction by proactively addressing potential issues, resolving feedback effectively, and securing positive online reviews
  • Oversee project management from start to finish, ensuring timely completion within budget, meeting client expectations, and maintaining quality standards.
  • Uphold company values by ensuring quality, integrity, and exceptional customer satisfaction in every interaction and project.

Hours: Full-time, M-F, with the flexibility required to inspire peak performance.

Compensation: $48,000 - $120,000+ / yr. $3,000 monthly draw. 7-8% commissions. Bonus opportunities.

Benefits: Company vehicle. Medical, vision, dental after 90 days. PTO and Holiday Pay.

Requirements:

  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, managers, subcontractors, and clients
  • Ability to learn and work independently in a fast-paced environment; self-motivated
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Eagerness to build relationships and generate leads.
  • Two (2) years of sales or estimating experience is preferred, but not required
  • Clean driving record
