Job description

CV Resources is seeking a Senior Accountant to join our SaaS industry client's growing team! This role is crucial as they quickly expand operations and enhance their financial processes. The ideal candidate will manage the full-cycle accounting process and act as the right-hand to the Controller, focusing on accounts payable oversight while ensuring timely and accurate month-end and period-close activities.

This Senior Accountant role is hybrid, with 2x a week onsite required in NE Portland

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage accounts payable processes, utilizing for automated workflows.
• Ensure accurate and timely month-end close, including the preparation of accruals and supporting audit processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial compliance and reporting accuracy.
• Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
• Provide financial insights and support for strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Proven experience in a full-cycle accounting role, preferably in a growth-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and familiarity with
• Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
