Company Overview:GPAC is partnering with a leading steel fabrication company with decades of experience in the region. They are seeking a talented Structural Steel/Miscellaneous Metal Project Manager to join their team.

Qualifications:


  • Experience: 5 years in structural steel fabrication.
  • Software Proficiency: Skilled in Bluebeam software.
  • Business Growth: Proven track record in expanding a book of business.
  • Resource Management: Ability to organize people, tools, and time to meet deadlines.
  • Initiative: Proactive in taking responsibility.
  • Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with colleagues, clients, subcontractors, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage the fabrication, assembly, and installation of structural steel components.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans.
  • Ensure the accuracy of all blueprints and drawings.
  • Create and oversee project schedules for timely completion.
  • Monitor project budgets, resources, and costs.
  • Communicate project progress, challenges, and solutions with customers and management.

Essential Functions:


  • Interpret structural drawings and engineering documents.
  • Experience in structural steel detailing and fabrication.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Bluebeam software.
  • Lead projects and manage team members effectively.
  • Prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
  • Communicate and present information clearly.

Compensation and Benefits:


  • Salary: $85,000 - $100,000
  • Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package included.
