About the Role

Responsible for the physical and systemic receiving, picking and quality inspection to confirm all equipment, accessories and items match orders. Heavy lifting is required including repetitive lifting of up to 75lbs. Able to stand for long periods of time. Process orders for shipment via Fed Ex Ship Manager and/or UPS Worldship computer station software. Process transfers, assist in the returns process, conduct physical inventories and support daily cycle counts. Maintain overall organization, cleanliness and security of the Distribution Center while following all safety guidelines. Support all other assigned Distribution Center duties including sorting and proper disposal of equipment packaging for recycling. Overtime is required to support month end and quarter end sales cycles.



Your Impact

- Ability to the train Warehouser I staff and Temporary Labor Personnel.
- Ability to learn, comprehend and understand how personal actions impact individual objectives and Distribution Center KPI's (Key Performance Indicators).
- Receive in stock: Unload trucks, inspect product for damage, confirm all items, item codes, serial numbers and quantities match the information identified on Packing Slips. Receive all product into the correct system via handheld scanner. Create barcode labels as required and transfer product to the appropriate stocking locations within the distribution center.
- Support released orders: May be required to release orders for all assigned organizations on a scheduled basis and/or at times with required interaction of Procurement, Inventory Control and/or Order Management. Locate, physically collect and systemically pick items identified on orders. Stage product in the unpacking area for proper configuration. Process orders via hand held scanner, create barcode labels, verify systemically picked serialized items, accessories and quantities against order for accuracy and transport into the Shop for pre-installation.
- Process transfers: Physically move stock from one distribution center location to another. Properly package equipment for protection during transfer of equipment between Distribution Centers.
- Operate a FedEx Ship Manager or UPS Worldship computer software: Process items by scanning the label on the order, verify the label matches the order, check the order details for any special shipping instructions, process order as requested and verify the account for shipping cost allocation.
- Support the return's process: Verify received product and confirm for accuracy against return orders. Physically move equipment into proper location within Distribution center. Perform all other return related functions as assigned.
- Support physical inventories and cycle counts: Count and record the on-hand quantity of each item on the inventory report or scanner, identify any items physically in stock that are not on the inventory report, recount and help research any discrepancies and correct stock locations.
- Process product received on Return Material Authorization's (RMA's): Inspect incoming product for damage, confirm product and quantities match what is identified on RMA Order and communicate to the appropriate department any changes required to modify items numbers or quantities on RMA order so the systemic information matches what was physically received.
- Maintain the safety, organization and cleanliness of the distribution center: Immediately escalate any unsafe situation, keep all work areas safe, organized and clean throughout the day. Follow any and all local, state and/or national health and safety regulations and/or guidelines as identified by CSA. Place trash only in a proper receptacle, remove shrink wrap from product or pallets, dispose of empty boxes, pick up refuse and sweep as required.



About You: The Skills & Expertise You Bring

HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required, plus 1 to 2 years of related experience.
- Distribution Center experience.
- Dependable with the ability to quickly learn and follow direction.
- Implement required activities with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
- Train and provide support for Warehouse I and/or Temporary Labor.
- Ability to learn new computer skills.
- Available to work overtime when required.
- Familiarity with Radio Frequency (RF) equipment is preferred.
- MS Outlook, Word, Excel experience preferred but not required.

- Must be able to frequently lift up to 50 lbs. Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs. with assistance/using a team lift.

- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.

- Must be able to operate a forklift.
