Tact Staff is seeking a travel nurse RN Long Term Acute Care for a travel nursing job in Salem, Oregon.

15 WEEK CONTRACTS ACCEPTED
-Charge experience required
-Strong SNF or long-term care background required
-This is also able to float to acute care units for assignment
-This is a hospital-based, skilled nursing facility unit. The staffing includes RN oversight of LPNs and CNAs

36 or 48 hour options, nights 1
Must be available to work all weekdays and weekends - every other weekend work rotation (both Saturday and Sunday) or every weekend (a Saturday or a Sunday)

•BLS through AHA
•Interpretation of dysrhythmias
•Management of dysrhythmias
•O2 Protocol
•Non-invasive airway management
•Peripheral line care/management
•Isolation precaution/PPE
•Rapid response team activation
•Computerized documentation
•Patient ratios:
o RN 1:4-6
o CNA 1:6-13 on days and 1:10-13 on nights
•1 year of experience within the last three years in MS/Tele
