Positions Available: Typical Openings that we have revolving needs for Cloud Engineer Cloud Operations and Customer Support Engineer Operations & Support Engineer Location: Springfield, VA St. Louis, MO Arnold, VA
Clearance Requirement: TS/SCI Key Responsibilities: Cloud Engineering: Automate service deployments and optimize system performance. Integrate with enterprise authentication services and maintain established security protocols. Build and maintain Platform as a Service offerings using RedHat OpenShift. Manage systems in AWS and VMware vSphere environments. Maintain and improve existing infrastructure, including autoscaling, new services, and cost optimization. Produce detailed documentation. Cloud Operations and Customer Support Engineering: Proactively manage and maintain cloud infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance. Provide exceptional technical support and customer service. Collaborate with engineering teams to support user consumption of applications. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for application support procedures. Operations & Support Engineering: Design and define system architecture for new or existing computer systems. Perform complex systems design, development, and integration. Oversee infrastructure including installing, configuring, testing, and maintaining operating systems and application software. Maintain current knowledge of rapidly changing technology and provide guidance to less-experienced professionals. Required Skills and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 5+ years of experience in IT with a focus on cloud operations, platform management, or systems engineering. Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD tools (e.g., GitLab, Jenkins), and scripting/automation (Python, Bash, PowerShell). Familiarity with RedHat OpenShift and other Kubernetes distributions.
