Responsibilities:

Conduct patient screening procedures, including assessing oral health conditions, reviewing health history, and performing oral cancer screenings.

Thoroughly remove calculus and plaque deposits from all surfaces of the teeth.

Apply preventive materials such as sealants and fluorides to promote oral health.

Educate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies, including tooth brushing, flossing, and nutritional counseling.

Counsel patients on the importance of good nutrition and its impact on oral health.

Collaborate with dentists to recommend treatment plans and ensure optimal patient satisfaction.

Embrace a patient-centric approach, always providing compassionate and personalized care.

Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the dental team.

How You'll Succeed:

Hold a valid Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in your state of practice.

Collaborate effectively with dentists to recommend treatment plans and ensure patient satisfaction.

Requirements:

State Dental Hygiene Licensure.

Active CPR Certification.

Active anesthesia license (preferred but not required).

Strong commitment to continued learning and professional development.
