The role of the administrator is ideal for a transformation leader who is looking to embrace a smaller, but expanding, facility that is driven by clinical quality. In collaboration with a talented, dedicated leadership team, you will play a critical role in advancing the organization and ensuring the facility operates to applicable local, state, and federal guidelines so our clinical staff can provide exceptional care to our residents.

Responsibilities:
In this role, the Administrator:

Will oversee the administration and management of the Facility in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern child individual and community home facilities.

Is delegated the authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary to act as chief executive officer for the facility.

Implements and assures adherence to all facility policies and apply them uniformly to all employees and individuals.

Collaborates with Director of Nursing, Medical Director and PPPM Leadership to ensures the highest degree of safety, protection and quality care is always provided to our individuals.

Operates as the Compliance Officer for the facility and working in conjunction with compliance resources is responsible for the development, implementation, oversight, and management of all aspects of the company's compliance program in in his/her facility.

Will have regular and direct access to the facility governing body as needed to report, inquire, recommend, or comment on any issues pertinent to his/her compliance responsibilities.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related healthcare discipline/ Master's degree preferred

5 or more years of related experience in a hospital or pediatric care setting

5 or more years of demonstrated, progressive leadership experience

Clinical background or exposure

Pediatric experience is strongly preferred

This position requires regular interaction with residents, coworkers, visitors, and/or supervisors. In order to ensure a safe work environment for residents, coworkers, visitors, and/or supervisors of the Company, and to permit unfettered communication between the employee and those residents, coworkers, visitors, and supervisors, this position requires that the employee be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language at an intermediate or more advanced level.
