Job description


Job Title : Sales Administrative Support

Location : Allentown, PA

Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support in a professional and organized manner.

Assist customers at the front desk and provide cashiering support.

Verify daily CR deposits and prepare consolidated bank deposits.

Update cashiering systems with CR and customer-specific details.

Monitor and respond to emails and phone calls.

Respond to Accounts Receivable cases, researching to avoid chargebacks.

Organize and maintain department files, both electronic and hard copy.

Work closely with all functional teams daily.

Handle confidential material with integrity and professionalism.

Stay calm and work efficiently under pressure.

Administer specific processes such as AP, CETS, CTS, Kronos/SAP Masterfiles.

Create market reports using pivot tables and advanced formulas.

Assist with special projects as needed.

Requirements:

2+ years of administrative support experience in a consumer goods company.

Bachelor s degree preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills.

Problem-solving abilities and a team player.
