Job description
Our Client, a full-service trade show and design firm, is in search of an experienced Account Manager to join our rapidly growing team. We are searching for self-motivated, driven individuals who will be responsible for serving as a liaison on all aspects of production for a project. Were seeking individuals with at least FIVE YEARS OF DIRECT EXPERIENCE AS A PROJECT MANAGER/ACCOUNT MANAGER who can work directly with customers and manage large accounts.
Responsibilities Include:
Run client projects from start to finish
Collaborate with internal departments including sales, design, engineering, fabrication and accounting
Complete all tasks and projects with accuracy and detail following company standards and procedures
Communicate with clients, and maintain relationships
Manage paperwork and data for entire project (including estimates, work orders, labor orders, shop forms, install and dismantle forms, etc.)
Set schedules and work to monitor and maintain those schedules
A thorough understanding of trade show displays, construction methods and technology
Job Requirements:
Must be extremely customer-centric, providing a positive customer experience at all times
Must have experience in a client facing role
Excellent communication, presentation and writing skills
Advanced computer skills
Works well independently and as part of a team
Ability to interact effectively and professional with both internal departments and clients
High energy, detail oriented and deadline focused
Professional demeanor and impeccable integrity
Minimum 5 years experience as a retail project manager/account manager
