Are you an experienced professional in oilfield operations with a passion for safety and leadership? This might be the perfect role for you! We are looking for an Operations Manager to lead daily operations for multiple crews, ensure safety, and maintain high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations and manage crews in the oilfield.

Lead a "Safety First" culture and ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and operational standards.

Drive continuous improvement through new technology and process enhancement.

Manage P&L, budgeting, and ensure cost efficiency while striving for profitability.

Develop and mentor team members through coaching, training, and professional development.

Collaborate with various departments to meet program goals and objectives.

Conduct job site visits for bidding, inspections, and pre-job preparation.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

5+ years of oil and gas operations management experience, including welding.

Strong skills in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

Turnaround or oilfield construction experience recommended.

Self-starter with multitasking abilities and the capability to meet deadlines.
