The Impact You'll Make in this Role:

As a Software Development Engineer you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by;

• Support our machine learning experts to design, develop and evaluate data-driven models and analytical solutions for machine learning (ML) and/or natural language (NL) applications
• Maintain a clean codebase by doing code reviews, writing tests, utilizing continuous integration and promote software engineering best practices
• Optimize the development, productive use and maintenance of ML solutions

Your Skills and Expertise

• Bachelor's Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited university AND four (4) years of experience in software industry in a private, public, government or military environment.

OR

• High School Diploma/GED from an accredited institution and a minimum of eight (8) years of experience in software industry in a private, public, government or military environment

In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:

• 4+ years of experience in programming Python.
• 2+ years of experience with PyTorch.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Masters degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years experience in software engineering and development support

• Hands-on experience with AI and machine learning technologies and platforms such as PyTorch, PyTorch Lightning, TorchServe, Apache Spark, and MLflow.
• Excellent software development experience and broad problem-solving skills in software engineering.
• Ability to think creatively and solve challenging problems.

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $119,076 - $145,537, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
