CHA Consulting, Inc. is currently seeking an On-Site Representative - Construction to join our Commercial & Institutional - PMCM/OPM Team at a client site in Montgomeryville PA.
YOUR IMPACT:
The CHA project management team has three core priorities: schedule, cost and quality. We work closely with and on behalf of owners to ensure the on-time, on-budget, high quality completion of a design and construction project. We understand that success relies on effective communication, transparency, and a seamless alignment of goals. We pay attention to the small details, and we ask all the necessary questions. Owners count on CHA to actively lead a project and support the owner from preliminary planning and design through successful construction and project close-out.
The On-Site Representative will be a primary point of contact, representing CHA and the owner at the project site. This individual will be responsible for providing overall on-site field administration, support, some supervision, inspection, and technical management for construction operations. The On-Site Representative will coordinate and execute the work, along with the Project Manager, in accordance with the plans/specifications and remain consistent with the project schedule.

REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma required; Associate Degree preferred
Minimum of 5 years construction site management
OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
CSL preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
Ability to work independently
Ability to travel locally as needed
Ability to read and comprehend construction plans and documents
Strong site management experience
Detailed reporting experience
Ability to build and maintain relationships with owners, architects, and general contractors
SALARY RANGE
$83,500 - $95,000
Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
