We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Senior HR/Compensation Analyst to join our team. In this position, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Human Resources department with a focus on Compensation, HR Programs, and special projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong quantitative skills, a deep understanding of HR processes, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
Compensation & HR Analysis:
Builds dynamic models and conducts comprehensive analysis of employee base and incentive compensation data.
Evaluates market trends to ensure our compensation packages remain competitive.
Assists in designing and implementing salary structures and incentive programs.
Prepares reports and presentations on compensation trends and recommendations for senior management.
Aggregates third-party competitive market survey data
Supports year-end performance development, merit increase, and bonus processes.
Builds and publish dashboards.
Project Management:
Supports HR projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
Coordinates cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
Monitors project progress and prepares regular status reports for management.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Utilizes HRIS and other systems to extract and analyze data related to HR metrics (turnover rates, employee demographics, etc.).
Generates regular and ad-hoc reports to support decision-making processes.
Identifies trends and insights from data analysis to inform HR strategies and initiatives.
Maintains HR system data integrity.
Compliance and Policy Implementation:
Stays updated on federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Assists in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Conducts audits and ensures compliance with HR policies and regulations.
Supports internal SOX controls processes and compliance.
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense or related required.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
