Job Description:
At IPS, we are global leaders in developing innovative solutions for the consulting, architecture, engineering, project controls, procurement, construction management, and CQV of technically complex facilities, primarily in the life sciences industry. We are looking for a dedicated Corporate Communications Manager to join our talented team at our office located in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania.

In this role, you will foster effective communication within the organization, ensuring alignment, and promoting engagement. Responsibilities are broken out into the following areas:

Internal Communication Strategy:

Develop and execute a comprehensive internal communication plan.

Identify appropriate channels and platforms for reaching employees.

Foster a positive and transparent communication culture.

Ensure consistent messaging across all internal channels.

Content Creation:

Collaborate with the Executive Leadership Team and partner with the company's People & Culture Communications Coordinator to communicate employee engagement initiatives while ensuring message alignment with our corporate strategy (i.e., IPS Next).

Write and edit internal announcements, memos, and updates.

Craft engaging content for company-wide distribution.

Ensure clarity, accuracy, and relevance in all communications.

Channels and Platforms:

Manage company intranet (Nucleus) content, newsletters, and email communications.

Oversee town hall meetings, webinars, and internal events.

Stay abreast of industry trends, evaluate emerging technologies, and implement solutions that drive continuous improvement and ensure our communications remain cutting-edge and effective.

Employee Feedback:

Gather feedback through surveys, focus groups, and one-on-one discussions.

Address employee concerns and provide timely responses.

In addition to the responsibilities listed above, you will work closely with the Marketing team on external communications to ensure the company maintains a positive public image, effectively communicates with external audiences, and supports the overall business strategy. External communications may include public relations, crisis communications, community engagement, corporate social responsibility, etc.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in public relations, journalism, English, marketing or related field.

10 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or related field.

Experience with crisis communication and issues management.

Experience with digital media and implementation of best practices for highly engaging content across multiple platforms.
