Overview:
This hybrid position will be located at our Corporate Office in Camp Hill, PA. Typical in-office schedule is Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with Mondays and Fridays being virtual.

Foot Locker, Inc. is hiring an Inventory Audit Specialist to join our team! The Inventory Audit department is looking to fill an Inventory Audit Specialist Non-Exempt position. The Audit Specialist will be responsible for reviewing, working, and finalizing store inventory audits as well as correspond with stores, DM's and auditors regarding inventory inquiries. This position will work closely with Field Auditors.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for the reconciliation, validation and finalization of financial audits for stores and warehouses across the globeReview reconciling items identified on the audits and ensure their validity

Work with team members to process reconciling items on the audit (claims, Direct to store receivings, locate transactions, warehouse shipments, etc.).

Support Field Audit, store, and warehouse operation teamsSolve routine issues and questions from the teams, leveraging experience, existing policies and procedures

Identify potential solutions for abnormal inventory processing issues that are encountered by the team

Escalate issues and questions as needed

Educate field as needed when procedures aren't being followed or incorrect information is being received

Maintain high performance and increase departmental efficiencies through constructive suggestions to management

Qualifications:
High school diploma or Associates Degree preferred; or five years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Retail or inventory experience helpful but not required

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Excel, Access, etc.) a plus

Strong ability to communicate, both verbal and written

Proactive nature, ability to assess situations to determine necessary escalation for decision making

Must demonstrate problem solving skills

Strong organizational skills - Needs to be able to accommodate multiple tasks

Demonstrated experience working independently as well as in a team environment

Benefits:
The salary range for this role is $19-$23 an hour. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Salary is one component of the Foot Locker, Inc. total compensation package, which includes the below:
