This work is physically-demanding, fast-paced environment where you will be required to bend, stoop, carry and stack boxes that vary in sizes and weight, ranging from 2 lbs. to 40lbs plus. Some of the skills you will need to excel in this position are; basic computer skills, organized and attentive to detail, be able to physically lift heavy loads up to 60 pounds multiple time a day while being on your feet all day. Responsibilities:
Attend all trainings and follow all safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
Must comply with Dress Code, with the only permitted personal item in the work area being a clear water container
Smart Phone is required to sign in and out for your shift (not allowed in warehouse)
Ensure accurate processing of all merchandise to our stores and guests
Reports to work on time and completes all job tasks as assigned accurately and on time
Engage in problem solving to support continuous improvement
Maintains positive and respectful attitude while working independently and in a team environment
Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED or equivalent experience
1yr prior warehouse or general labor experience a plus
Experience working in a physically-demanding, fast-paced environment, carry up to 40lbs on a regular basis, and lift up to 60 lbs. infrequent basis
Basic math skills for inventory counts
Ability to read, write and communicate in English
Bilingual in English and Spanish a PLUS
Able to operate computer or handheld device (training provided)
Reliable, safe and a team player
Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
Access to reliable transportation for all required shifts
May be trained to operate hand truck equipment (including but not limited to a pallet jack, hand truck, etc.
