This person will ensure the implementation of training programs and detect training needs early, thus promoting the alignment of Vitro University with the development of employee skills and competencies to achieve organizational objectives and company growth.
Office setting, travel when necessary to include travel to all regions supporting facilities in Canada, Mexico and the United States.
While in the plant the employee will be required to wear PPE such as metatarsal safety toed shoes, hearing protection, safety glasses, gloves, Kevlar, etc. as required
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with leaders of the assigned business unit, as well as with the Vitro University fields to identify training needs and learning objectives.
• Coordinate the design and development of innovative and effective training programs that are aligned with the defined organizational competencies.
• Lead the implementation of training programs, including the definition of learning methodology, definition of instructors, validation of content as well as the management of resources and schedules.
• Continuously evaluate and review the quality and relevance of training programs.
• Collaborate with Vitro University in the development of measurement strategies and impact evaluation of training programs, as well as ensure correct information for the organization's reports.
• Stay abreast of learning trends applicable to your business unit and apply best practices.
• Facilitate training sessions, workshops and development programs.
• Advise leaders and VU campuses on development and learning issues, thus ensuring that the organizational strategy permeates your business unit.
• Promote a learning culture in the organization through recognition, communication and dissemination campaigns, always aligned with Vitro University standards.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external training providers, ensuring that they comply with the agreed agreements.
• Manage the training budget and resources of your business unit.
• Contribute to the construction and maintenance of a knowledge management system, maintaining a close relationship with the CAE (Elementary Learning Center), to safeguard knowledge and creating plans for the correct transmission of knowledge.
• Support the implementation of learning technology and e-learning platforms, as well as their dissemination and use within your business unit.
• Support the Head of Administration of the VU in the definition of relevant KPIs and promote action plans to improve management.
• Support the learning campuses to ensure the implementation and compliance of Vitro programs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent in Education, Business Administration, Human Resources or similar. Master's Degree Desirable.
7+ years of experience in leadership roles in training, coaching, or talent development at global companies. Experience managing large-scale training teams and programs.
In-depth knowledge of best practices in education and talent development, as well as legal and/or regulatory compliance in training matters.
Proficiency SAP, Success Factors, Microsoft office, LMS platforms.

• Change Management: Ability to lead the implementation of new training programs and adapt to changes in the business environment, maintaining flexibility and fostering innovation.
• Negotiation Skills: Be able to negotiate with suppliers, company leaders and other stakeholders to secure the necessary resources and support for the corporate university.
• Adaptability and Continuous Learning: Adapt to new trends in corporate education, acquire new skills and knowledge, and stay up to date on best practices in the field.
