This position works 4 days in the field & 1 day at home.

Overview:
Provide supervision and labor allocation and support for installation related projects on HVAC, Food Service, Refrigeration, Bidding, Rollouts, Store Opening, and Service desk for Sheetz properties within your assigned area.

Responsibilities:
1. Define measurable, individual performance goals for all direct reports, monitor and communicate via regular feedback.
2. Manage and maintain departments schedule and project administration to ensure appropriate coverage is available for projects and is used in the most cost-efficient manner; Provide schedule updates to project manager(s) at biweekly review meetings.
3. Manage all bidding for sub-contracted projects within your assigned region.
4. Manage all phases and direct reports within the installation department (Refrigeration, Food Service, HVAC, Rollouts, Store Opening, Service Desk, rollouts and etc ) within your region.
5. Provide project updates at the monthly Department and Store Development staff meetings.
6. Complete inspections on all projects to ensure adherence to Sheetz standards.
7. Collaborate with Safety/Training supervisor to ensure all direct reports are abiding by and achieving goals tied to safety and training program.
8. Monitor company vehicle software to ensure all direct reports are following the Sheetz vehicle policy.
9. Manage and respond to all Service Desk scheduling and reporting issues within your assigned area.
10. Assist in talent acquisition efforts by reviewing resumes and attending interviews as required.

Qualifications:
(Equivalent combinations of education, licenses, certifications and/or experience may be considered)

Education
• Associates Degree in R/HVAC or related field required.

Experience
• Minimum 5 years of commercial R/HVAC and/or trade related experience required.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Licenses/Certifications (or ability to obtain within 12 months of position acceptance)
• Valid Driver's License required.
• CPR/First Aid/OSHA required.

Tools & Equipment (Other than general office equipment):
• Hand tools (hammer, measuring devices, wrench, level, etc.)
• Power Hand tools (saws, drill press, grinders, sanders, etc.)
• Pneumatic tools (compressor, nailer, stapler, jack hammer, etc.)
• Welding tools (torch, plasma cutter, welder, etc.)
• Landscaping tools (chain saw, leaf blower, weed eater, etc.)
• Motorized Equipment (generators, pressure washer, fork lift, etc.)
• Heavy Equipment: (Loader and attachments, lift, etc.)
