Aardvark Studios is looking for an experienced Program Manager to join an existing group of A-Players who are responsible for managing activations that enable brands to connect with consumers where they live, work and play. Program Managers' are responsible for the successful planning, execution, and completion of our mobile tours, which include collaboration with our Sales Team and engaging & supporting our clients in achieving their goals.
To be successful in this role, candidates must possess both client and project management skills, be able to collaborate across our organization and influence without authority. The position is client facing, requiring a high sense of ownership, effective communication skills and prior work experience that shows the ability to solve problems creatively.

QUALIFICATIONS:
What makes you the ideal candidate:
Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
A minimum of 3 years project management experience with a solid foundation in process and procedures
At least 3 years experience hiring and managing a team of 3 or more direct reports
3 years experience of accountability and demonstrated success in managing a budget
"Of service" mindset, excited to go the extra mile to improve the experience of others
Must be a creative problem-solver who is calm under pressure and prepared to adapt plans to meet new expectations or challenges
Must be self-motivated and reliable with the ability to prioritize competing demands with minimal daily supervision
Flexible and confident in pivoting to new solutions to adapt to changing expectations, operating conditions or unforeseen barriers
Extremely well organized and experience in managing multiple priorities
A true team player - willing and able to assist with whatever is needed on short notice -including the ability to put in long hours, work some weekends
Strong computer skills and spreadsheet-based analytical, budgeting and reporting capabilities - expert in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite
Responsibilities:
Own the program timeline and budget
Lead cross-functional team(s) to meet program timeline, budget and exceed client expectations
Serve as primary point of contact with the client, thus building rapport to ensure desired outcomes and drive repeat business
Owns the program budget
Creatively solve problems as they arise
Hire, train, and inspire tour personnel, including drivers, tour managers and brand ambassadors
Responsible for program reporting, event execution, KPI analysis and post-tour recap reviews
Some weekends and travel may be required
