Are you a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project portfolio management within the metals industry? We're seeking a Senior Portfolio Manager who will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and other key stakeholders. In this role, you'll oversee portfolios exceeding $1MM, ensuring project profitability, quality, safety, and client satisfaction while managing resources, scope, schedule, and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead project execution and instill confidence in clients through leadership and organization.

Manage project financials, pricing, cash flow, and negotiate contracts.

Monitor project costs and ensure profitability, while developing solutions for any variances in scope, budget, or schedule.

Collaborate on safety, contract, and liability topics, ensuring projects adhere to all requirements.

Develop and review project management documents including scope, costs, schedules, and communication plans.

Drive business development efforts, build strong client relationships, and expand the portfolio.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.

15+ years of project portfolio management in the metals industry.

Strong experience with A/E, EPCM, or Design Build engineering models.

Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and project planning skills.

Proficient with Microsoft Office; highly organized with strong attention to detail.

This role requires the ability to travel to client sites and occasional car or air travel to other locations. Hybrid work schedule with 3 days/week in office required.
