Locations: Western Pennsylvania (Multiple Locations) Erie PA.

Salary: Based on Experience

Reports to: General Manager

Manage: 6 to 10 employees

Position Summary: Our Valued Client in the Hospitality and Food Service Industry is looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Restaurant Manager in our Pennsylvania location. We are seeking a Manager who is self-motivated, dedicated, ambitious, and who has a passion for providing guests with an exceptional dining experience.

As the Restaurant Manager, you will oversee front-of-house operations, ensure great food and service is delivered to our guests, and manage all front-of-house employees.

Duties and Responsibilities:

You will oversee front-of-house operations, ensure great food and service is delivered to our guests, and manage all front-of-house employees.

The position of Restaurant Manager is a fast-paced role that manages the daily front-of-house operations.

Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction.

You will always oversee and maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant and the safety of the guests and visitors.

Must have a solid understanding of managing and supervising team members and practicing safe food-handling procedures.

You will assist with interviewing, hiring, and training front-of-house staff.

Educational Requirements and Qualifications:

High School diploma.

Must-have a minimum of 1 to 2 years of previous management/supervisory experience in a family or casual-dining food service restaurant.

Must Have experience managing/supervising at least 6 to 10 team members.

Must have experience in a fast-paced food service Restaurant Environment.

SERV Safe Food Manager Certification is highly desired.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Must have strong time management skills.

Must have strong, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.

Strong planning, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Ability to lift and carry up to 30 to 50 lbs.

Ability to stand, walk, reach, and bend for extended periods.
